Shanava & Neverov lead the Tournament

GM Konstantine Shanava and GM Valeriy Neverov are on th top of the ranking with 7 points before the final round.

After tying up against each other on round 7, GM Shanava won against IM Mert Erdogdu and GM Neverov won against GM Gevorg Harytjunyan on round 8.

IM Meilis Annaberdiev follows them with 6,5 points.

FM Selim Citak (6p) is on the first place at best Turkish players category. IM Mert Erdogdu (5,5p), Emre Mecit ve Esat Baglan share the second place at this category.

Ali Ammar Camci resists first position with 8 points at category B. 4 players follow him with 7 points.

As for the category awards, 7 woman players share the first place with 5 points at category B.
At blind category, Levent Aclan (4p) keeps first place whereas Kurşat Ceylan (3p) and Deniz Simsek (2p) follow him.
